1. Will you be shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

2. "5 months of bills...." as the song says. Do you have a budget for the holidays or do you have "5 months of bills..."?

3. What is one food that most people make for Thanksgiving that you do not like?

4. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving?

Or maybe you do exactly what the word means but use a different word for it.

What does this little diatribe have to do with the debate?

Do you act like the people you watch on TV?? Do you think your children will get brainwashed by TV TOO that they won't be able to make their own decisions in their own life and not be like the characters of a TV show?--lol!!!

That's just silly.

Why are you so fixated on this brain washing thing?

I do not think that the way teens and tweens behave in these shows are appropriate, and I don't not want my kids thinking that it's *normal*.

Ka, I agree completely. I have always encouraged my kids to "do hard things" and to ddream big, and never held them back from learning something or doing something because they were children. The only exceptions, of course, were things that put them in ezcesssive danger. But the kids have surprised me with what they are capable of doing at surprisingly young ages.

Since there has been alot of going back and forth today, it is very difficult to find the post that corresponds.

I don't ignore anyone, no need to. If I don't know what the post goes to, I WILL ignore that post though. Not the entire person.
