1. How long is/was your child's school day (minus any after school activities)?

2. Who are you rooting for in the Superbowl?

3. What did you have for breakfast today?

Then quit responding.

Sorry, PKA can't respond to you anymore. I was told not to.

I think it's an interesting discussion, I wish some could move past the whole close minded we have done this for 25 years, lol.  I'm hoping that my school adopts the same waiver that Jam's state has approved.

You DO realize that you can be a good weight and NOT tone, right?

No, you can't.  You can be toned or not toned, but you can't be tone (or not tone).  It's just basic grammar.

yardwork (there isn't much yardwork to do when the grass is dormant), gardening (again, there isn't any gardening to do during the winter)

Unless you have shrubs that need pruning.  I'm really hoping to get temps back into the 30s sometime soon so I can get my burning bushes and the holly pruned while they're still dormant.  That will be a full weekend of work because I'll have to haul it all to the dump (several trips worth).

I've gotten rid of all the crap that needs maintenance. I have hostas, irises and sedums. All things we can mow down in the late fall and will return again in spring.

I love my burning bush--they gorgeous in the fall and the birds like to nest in them.  The birds like the holly, too, although to be blunt, I'm not a fan.  I've also got two flowering shrubs that the birds love to sun in and the bumblebees adore from mid summer on.  Those two are kind of a pain to keep pruned enough to keep the walkways cleared, but like I said, they are so popular with the bumblebees, I hate to remove them.  I may have a landscaping company come out and replant them in between my lilac bushes on the property line at some point--gives the birds and bees what they like but removes them from the patio area.

What I really need gone are those bedamned butterfly bushes; I hate those things with the fire of a thousand suns.

That was a response to your whining about the topic that was being discussed, lol.
