Well Roll, that gives me some hope actually, since I know your dd has grown into a nice sane adult!

"But isn't it ok Jam, to call it One Direction?" ---------- I am forever grateful that dd skipped that stage. She went straight from not having any interest whatever in boys to having a Johnny Depp poster on her door :)

Yum, Johnny Depp. Oh, I am not allowed to drool over him though, right Jam as I am a woman. lol. I wanted to jump out of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride as it looks sooo much like him. I did see a show where he was sitting in the seat when the ride was going through. Oh my...I told my dh that I would jump out of that boat into the water to run to him lol.

We can only hope!LOL  They are so distasteful and OMG, the prices.  I saw a pair in Dillards last summer and looked at the price tag, just out of morbid curiosity.  $85!!!  For a piece of clothing that will barely cover the crotchal area?  Yikes.

Jennifer Lopez has her own line at Kohls and I was looking at a pair of cute shorts BUT....they were too short (for me) and they were $50.

"For a piece of clothing that will barely cover the crotchal area?" --------- According to DD, it is common to see girls in English night clubs with skirts so short that their (thong "clad") rear ends are half exposed.

Gee, I would never pay that for shorts. And that's what I told my kid about the 49.00 pair.. I like that they're catching onto the concept of sale too, they've begun connecting sales to sensibility.
