1. What shoes are you wearing?

2. How many hours of exercise do you usually get in a week? What kind?

3. How do you feel about the US government supporting Islamists abroad? [Back in 2002/2003 when the Boston bombers moved to the US, the US was backing the Chechens on the sly, before that there were the Taliban and now the Syrian Jihad fighters.]

3. It is nothing new, we have a long history of helping people when it seems to be in our best interest and then later the people we helped become our "enemy".

I would note that in far too many cases, we have overwhelming evidence that the people we "are helping" are more than a little heinous in their own right and it is only because those people oppose communism or socialism that we felt helping them would be in our own self interest in the first place. And after all the nonsense our country found ourself embroiled in in South and Central America, as well as with the Taliban during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, we'd have learned our lesson.

But we really don't seem to have. At all. Not even slightly. It's like the US government policy is a political version of Bullwinkle trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat.

1. What shoes are you wearing? Brooks running shoes

2. How many hours of exercise do you usually get in a week? What kind? I guess about 8 hours of dedicated exercise, not including random exercise that occurs as I go about my day (like walking and using the stairs constantly all day long). I run about 20 miles per week, 3-4 days a week. Two days a week I do an hour long TRX class, which is basically weight training and stretching using suspension cables and your body weight.

3. How do you feel about the US government supporting Islamists abroad? Pretty much agree with what others have said - seems that we go "support" them based on our selfish interests but history has proven that this strategy typically backfires and comes back to bite us in the butt.
