7:40 I holler at the kid to get up, although sometimes I text her so I don't have to get out of bed. At 9, the dogs wake us and dh takes them for a walk, while I make a pot of coffee. Then he and I read newspapers and drink coffee for an hour or so.
If dd has to get up at the same that we do, like on Saturdays, I make extra coffee so she can have a mug too.

I believe that everyone must rejoice in his destiny, in the fact that he has lived at all and achieved a destiny. Destiny is the only sure asset.

6:30: Wake up. Take a shower and get dressed, brush teeth, etc. Eat breakfast. 7:20ish-7:25ish: Leave the house (hopefully without waking up the babies) to catch the bus to work.
Often, Samantha wakes up and I make her some Cheerios or oatmeal and blueberries and she watches a tv show on PBS while I get ready. Also, I often wake up late and take my breakfast to work with me.
Get up about 6:00. Exercise for 45-60 minutes (except on Friday). Eat breakfast, get snack and lunch ready. Take shower, get dressed. Play on computer. Some days do a small chore. Leave for work about 7:50
Wake up-6am dd go to school-7am ds go to school-8am I go to work-8:45 feed Fish, make lunches if not made the night before, exercise, make sure kids are dressed and have everything ready to leave, iron clothes if needed and not done the night before, take shower, get dressed/makeup/hair, make bed, throw in a load of laundry, bring son to bus, talk a little there with neighbors, come back home, eat breakfast, watch a little TV, tidy up house and go to work. Even on days off and weekends I always allow 2 hours from the time I get up to when I have to leave.
Tue, Wed, and Fri: I get up at 530am, get in the shower while everyone is still sleeping. Around 6 or 615, DH and DS wake up, and I nurse DS while DH gets showered and dressed for work and lets the dog out. DH takes DS and changes him and gets him dressed for DC. I wake DD up at 630 and then finish nursing DS. DD gets dressed and comes out to the dining room where DH or I have made her breakfast. When DS is done eating, DH and I finish getting ready and getting things together for the day--bottles for DC, the icepack for my pump for work, etc. After DD finishes eating, she brushes her teeth and brushes her hair and I usually help her fix her hair. She goes out to wait for the bus at 720 with DH, while I load DS in his carseat and take the diaper bag and pump down to the car. We leave the house at 730, take DS to DC, and then drive almost 1 hr commute (not even 10 miles, grrrr) into town for work.
M and Thu: I work from 7-4 these days and DH works later, so I get up at 430, get showered and ready, pump a bottle for DS for the morning, gather my pump and other stuff and leave a little before 6 to pick up my mom (she also works in town) and get to work before 7am. Lord knows what actually happens on these mornings with DH, DD, and DS alone, but so far everyone's come out unscathed, fed, and dressed, so I dont ask too many questions. :-)
DH and I wake up. DH showers while I empty the dishwasher, pour myself some cereal, and take a peek online while eating. When DH is done, I shower and dress while he eats. The kids wake up, we change them, feed them, dress them. DH leaves for work. I throw in a load of laundry and leave with the kids (where we go depends on the day and the weather - errands, park, playplace). When we come back, I give the kids a snack, put the baby down for a nap, ATTEMPT (and fail) to put ODS down for a nap, switch the laundry to the dryer, and do some chores while ODS unwinds with some Elmo's World.
Unless it's Tuesday or Thursday, in which case I leave for work at the same time as my DH. ODS goes to Mother's Day Out, and my mother stays with the baby until I get back at 1pm.

I think it would be a good idea to include the ages of your children when describing your morning routine.

Good idea.
