Welcome to a new week :)

1. Has spring "sprung" by you yet?

2. What are you wearing today?

3. Do you make a special menu for Easter (if you celebrate it)?

"-what would you do when if that person refused to accomodate your child with allergies"....... Has your family ever done that?

Because I'm sure you've never, ever made a mistake in your life. Or anyone else in your family, for that matter...<snort>

"That's great....nice to hear that you have a different view of them than in the past. "....... What does that mean?

Yes, I would be sure to always remind someone who was cooking for my child who had severe allergies.

Except of course it wouldn't do any good if you were the hostess since you need those special dishes on certain holidays, who cares about food allergies.

Not THAT big of a mistake. You are saying it is HUGE deal so not sure why you are now downgrading it to a "mistake".

No. But since you seem to think you can tell me how I "should have" handled the holiday w/my SIL, I want to know how you would handle a hostess like yourself who refuses to accomodate. Since you're clearly such an expert that you can tell me what I did wrong...

Except of course in your posts where you have stated that you wouldn't not serve the foods that cause the allergic reaction because you want to serve them.  People forget things...but to do it on purpose?  Yikes.

She forgot something important, it's not like she committed a crime. Ever forget something important?
