Well, I'll have off for most of the holiday season. ;)  Or actually, with the children home from school so much, I'll be more "on" than usual.  As for DH, he has scheduled half days at the office for Dec. 24 and on Nov. 27.  But he'll be home those days, lol!  He generally takes Fridays off anyway.  And he's always home Thanksgiving and Christmas.  If I were to ask him any more than that, I'd get a lengthy harangue about how he can't tell me his particular schedule this far in advance because he's so darn important, why are you asking, and don't I understand he has to work to make a living. @@

So that's all I got ~ DH has off Nov. 27 and Dec. 24, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Hmm, I don't even know for sure what days dh gets off for the holidays.  He always has Thanksgiving and the day after off, but I don't know if that Friday is a paid holiday or if he uses his annual leave to be off that day.  For Christmas, he gets Christmas and New Years Day off.  If they fall on the weekend, he gets the Friday or Monday off.  He almost always has Christmas Eve off too, but again, not sure if the company gives that day off or if he uses annual leave.  This year my kids have 16 days off for Christmas break so we are going away for at least a week, possibly 10 days, so dh will take time off for that.  He actually has a ton of leave to burn so he needs to use it.

I have no idea how much time off I will have...it depends on what is going on then.  I usually don't know until a few days before Christmas.  The only thing I know for sure is that I have to be here on 12/31.

Joel's company is closed the week of Christmas thru January 2nd.

I have 5 days off at Tg, and I'll take 2 weeks at Christmas Dec 21 - Jan 5. I think i took almost all my annual leave this year for the first time in years.

I think the kids have off that schedule as well...

Thanksgiving - Thursday and Friday are Holidays for both dh/myself, so we will have a four day weekend.

Christmas/New Years - Dh has the last two weeks, I have three days plus will take vacation.

For Thanksgiving we get a 4 day weekend every year. The kids get a 5 day weekend this year.

Hubby only gets Thanksgiving.

We technically get off Christmas Day and New Years Day. Every year they add 1-3 extra days off, depending on how the holiday falls. Not sure what we will get off this year but I am going to push to get as many days off as my kids are off for 2 weeks and I would love to have all those days off too. Right now I am only taking the 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th and 31st.

Dh gets the 2 same days. Depending on the weather though, he could get more days off.

I *think* that I am taking the Wednesday before Tgiving, the kids have a half day.

My office is closed for the entire week of Christmas and New Year's.  I have a small project so I will probably go in on Thursday both weeks.  Since the office is closed, I should get some quiet, uninterupted time to be productive!
