I'm a big fan of (read: I TiVo them):
Survivor, Amazing Race, Biggest Loser, Iron Chef, Top Chef, Next Food Network Star, The Mole, What Not to Wear, Honey We're Killing the Kids
I enjoy, but don't always watch and don't TiVo:
Dirty Jobs, Mythbusters, Hell's Kitchen, Trading Spaces, Property Ladder, Flip This House,
I've not watched and have no interest in:
Project Runway, the hair cutting one, Big Brother, ANTM, The Real World, DWTS, any of the Bachelor/dating ones, Jon and Kate, Little People Big World, The Nanny ones, Trading Spouses, American Idol, America's Got Talent
Here's a spin to throw into the discussion:
Not only:Do you enjoy watching reality shows?
But also:Would you ever consider being in a reality show?
Hate 'em. I like plot. I like story arc. I NEED story arc. The reality shows can't have this because real life doesn't have a plot or a story arc. So the producers try to substitute conflict instead. Conflict feels sort of dramatic but it just isn't plot. And it just isn't dramatic if people are left to their own devices either. So the producers manufacture conflict which detracts from the reality. And since we're two decades into the genre, I think the people who appear on these shows are well aware that manufactured conflict and a bizarre personality are the only things that are keeping them on the show so they pump up the volume on their own too which also detracts from the reality. So it's all pretty unreal without actually being engaging because there's no plot.

I will confess to being a reality show junkie!
We watch Project Runway, Top Chef, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and even sometimes The Bachelor/Bachelorette.
