Poison Ivy remedies?

Not a crisis or anything, but I've got poison ivy on my leg (behind my knee) and it's spreading and ITCHY!

Does anyone have any solutions other than calamine lotion they'd like to share? TIA!

I am HIGHLY allergic to poison ivy.

Ask your doctor for *diprosone*(not sure of the spelling. might be diprisone). my kids get poison ivy every summer, and this stuff clears it right up. it really is good. i gave some to a friend who gets wicked poison ivy and he thought it was awesome. we've also used ban roll-on deoderant. it dries it up. but diprosone is the best.

Try a cortisone cream. You may need a script for prednisone(a steroid) if it doesn't clear up on it's own. HTH,~Lisa

Yep, the Ivy Dry looks awful, but it works well, and I'm with you on the Benadryl too.
