When your kid says everything hurts take her seriously.

I want Natalie Morales' job!  :-)

5th grade homework rant, new log that now requires you to not only record book but number of minutes + actual pages read, what a way to take the fun out of reading, Lol

TIme change makes 6:00 P.M. feel like midnight!

No, I wouldn't call them friends.

One thing I really like bout Facebook is that you can quickly shut down idiotic conversations on your own page. If people want to be morons on Facebook, they can go do it own their own pages as far as I'm concerned.

I agree Bord, I love that you can hide posts, feeds or the entire account.

You're right about that bord. It's easy to ignore the posts but there was one time when I posted - what I thought were pretty innocent - silly childhood memories and one friend that grew up with my husband wrote about how their childhood was full of strict curfews or something like that, Lol. I laughed back then MIL chimed in with these capital letters and !!! about how she would do it again in a heartbeat, It came across as nasty by how she wrote it and I deleted the post all together b/c it just wasn't worth any confrontation.  That won't happen again.

I look awesome today. Good hair day, new shirt--navy blue with little orange owls on it--orange cardigan, and skinny jeans. Of course, my new contacts aren't strong enough, so maybe that's why I look so good. Surprised

You'd think a 16 year old would know not to wait until the day before he needs something to tell his mom about it. But no, so I am off to Bed Bath and Beyond to buy 6 washcloths and 6 tubes of toothpaste for the school's Christmas mission project.
