1. Do you shop locally?

2. How much shopping do you do online?

3. Do you antique, thrift shop, or go to flea markets or yard sales?

Eh, it's OK.  I love to cook but for the most part, if it weren't a necessity, I could do without actually eating.

I think that people place too much importance on the enjoyment of food.  That's not what it's for.

Gotcha. You are only the second person I have ever met that has basically said "I eat to live". I realize what food is really for but I LIVE for food. lol. I work with people who are exactly the same as well as friends and family so I just find it unusual. I am sure it probably is not and many people feel this way.

For me, I enjoy the whole process from shopping to planning to creating and eating...but I think if your ingredients are good quality, most of the time you are going to have a quality product to eat and you don't have to worry about the taste.

1. For some things, more in the summer when I can hit the farmer's market. There are some adorable shops near my house that I patronize whenever I can. And I'd much rather eat locally than eat at chain restaurants!

2. A fair bit, I shop at Amazon enough to justify prime, particularly for Christmas gifts and stuff that needs to be shipped my sister's family.

3. Yes, although again, it tends to be a warm weather activity.

On Wednesdays we wear pink.

I don't think it is the worry about how it is going to taste but the enjoyment of certain things. While some things are not quality (per say Doritos or Potato Chips), sometimes they just taste so good (references to others who said they do not leave them in their houses as they will eat the entire bag lol).

Whoa, No spring, The chips and doritos aren't enjoyable, they're just for those times when you feel a binge coming on...

lol. Binge. I don't do that but I know others do.

I don't get how that is "eating to live" though?

Why shouldn't people enjoy food...  I mean I know you're a busy woman Lauren but is that an excuse for not enjoying food or have you always been that way?
