1. Do you shop locally?

2. How much shopping do you do online?

3. Do you antique, thrift shop, or go to flea markets or yard sales?

I don't think it would be a problem in growing kids but I do think it could be a problem in adults.

Yes, I agree. I just "look forward" to eating lol.

<<But if you look at the Nutrition facts, they are not as good as the Lays. Lays is just potatoes, oil and salt also. >>

But again, I'm not looking at nutrition...I'm going for quality ingredients and taste.  They have better quality ingredients and process of cooking and that to me, equals a better product.

Have you compared the 2 with the ingredients and process of cooking?

Again, yes...and again, I have discovered that better quality ingredients cooked in a quality manner, equals a better end product.  This is a perfect example where to "me" that better quality ingredients cooked in what I believe to be a better way, makes a much better end product.

Do you have a link to this study? I like Lays but do try anything so I would be interested in seeing the difference.

No, as of yet my findings are unpublished, I will let you know when I have a publisher for my work on potato chips.

That's my point. You eat them for taste, not nutrition. If you were eating purely for nutrition, you'd be eating homemade kale chips instead of potato chips...

So basically YOU think they have better quality ingredients cooked in a quality manner but there is no findings that they are any better then say, Lays? Can you please explain then why you wouldn't just say you like these chips better than a mass marketed chip, like Lays instead of claiming that they are a better quality chip cooked in a better quality manner.
