1. Did you get more snow yesterday or today?

Yes...ugghhh...about 7 more inches so far and more tonight. School closed but I ventured out to work so I wouldn't have to take another day for snow. Crappy commute but it only took a few minutes more than usual.

2. What is for lunch?

Salad-lettuce, cucumbers, celery, peppers, strawberries, turkey, chick peas with fat free italian dressing. Chocolate graham crackers and green tea.

3. What is your favorite coldcut?

Bologna. Haven't had it in such a long time. 3 pts. a slice is too much :(

We got about 3 inches or so, and it's still coming down.  It seems to be slowing down though, so I don't think we'll get much more.

2. What is for lunch?

I had a pepperoni roll and an apple.

3. What is your favorite coldcut?

I don't like coldcuts. But if I have to eat some, I prefer peppered turkey.

1. Did you get more snow yesterday or today? Nope, no snow here this year (so far anyway).

2. What is for lunch? I had curried chicken and a separate dish of stir-fried veggies.

3. What is your favorite coldcut? I used to love prosciuotto and fresh mozzarella, but I don't eat that anymore.

1.Yes

2. Left over shrimp and spinach in a lemon cream sauce over linguine.  I earned it after all the shoveling I've done this morning and then topped it off with digging out the neighbor girl's car afterwards (she's shoveled my driveway several times this winter and this is the first chance I've had to return the favor).

3. Depends on my mood, but turkey and ham pretty much run neck and neck.  I *am* really fond of fried bologna, but haven't indulged in that in years and years.  Mostly because if I'm going to take that kind of hit in fat and calories, I'd rather have bacon.  (and bologna may be slightly lower in both fat and calories, but bacon tastes so much better again, if I'm going to go that direction, I'll go all out for the bacon)

1.  Nope and some may be melting today, above freezing.

2.  I'm currently eating leftovers, a salad that contains:  cabbage, kale, baby spinach, baby chard, romaine, shredded carrots, boneless skinless breast of chicken that I diced and tossed in a dry rub, grilled in my non stick pan with a homemade dressing with bbq seasonings and a touch of ranch.  Yum, it was good the second time around.  Honeycrisp apple and a I have a couple of clementines for an afternoon snack.

3.  I don't do cold cuts very much, way too much processing but if I'm induldging then it's Volpi's prosciutto.

So who all will hate me when I say that it is 55, sunny and absolutely gorgeous here. I came back from lunch without a coat!

1. Did you get more snow yesterday or today? -- Nope. See above

2. What is for lunch? -- I had an Amy's Cheese Enchilada meal.

3. What is your favorite coldcut? -- Well, we don't call them cold cuts, but my favorite deli meat is probably hard salami or pepperoni.  We don't buy those often, but we usually have thin sliced ham or turkey breast in the house for quick sandwiches. This question is funny though; we used the example bologna today in a meeting - we showed that sometimes things like lunch meat is okay to buy on a federally funded grant.

It may be just me, but the idea of a Valentine's gift from work kinda skeeves me out.  I want to have no expressions of love betwen my boss or my company and me.

Sorry to hear that. The old owners owned an orchard down south and gave them out as an appreciative gift. The new owners have continued the tradition of giving out a huge bag for each employee. I find it quite nice and a yummy, healthy treat :)
