1. Did you get more snow yesterday or today?

2. What is for lunch?

3. What is your favorite coldcut?

.  She also makes up and spreads ignorant stories about other people's sexuality. Vile. Contemptible. Yuck.

The person who says things like:  " I am here right now as my dh is watching The Walking Dead (you know the show because we have TV in our house)"   but I'm sure that wasn't you speaking either.  Wink

If you understand that so well, why do you keep making jabs at Bord about not being able to watch tv shows, because she doesn't have cable?

I think it's quaint that some think one can only watch television shows on a tv, lol.

No, you scrap for brains.  Because all finished areas are considered when taxes are assessed.  The government finds out you improved spaces when you pull permits for the work needed to renovate a kitchen or finish a basement or any number of other home improvement projects which REQUIRE a permit.

::;snort::: yeah.  The "region" known as "People who finish spaces without a permit".  Everywhere else increases the square footage of finished spaces because it increases the property taxes.

That's usually for people who finish the basement without a permit (aka, illegally).  When you pull a permit and the work is inspected and the inspectors sign off on the work, the space is added to your total square footage of the house and your taxes increase as a result.

There isn't a jurisdiction in the US that would not be ALL OVER increasing the tax liability of improvements on a dwelling.

You told us a very long time ago that the basement wasn't usable living space because it wasn't insulated nor heated, and therefore your children couldn't be expected to play down there.

You sleep with other women while you're married to someone else?  That's probably more than any of us needed to know about you.
