Awesome!

Yeah it is really nice. Years ago when we were allowed to accept gifts from vendors, we had TONS of food from Thanksgiving to New Years. It was crazy. lol

What's the holidays without baking for them?  Lol, yes, we do cookies and I bake bundt cakes for the neighbors.  Colorful on the tree, white outside.  There are a couple holiday parties, I am invited but I don't know if I'll go or not.

1. I bake between 800 and 3000 cookies, depending on the year, to give to friends and neighbors and for charitable purposes. I also bake for Christmas dinner and for DH's birthday, which falls between Christmas and New Year's. 2. Multi colored outside. I might try all white on the tree this year. Still flirting with the idea of two trees, one formal in the living room and one more folksy in the den. 3. We have a lunchtime gathering on the last day of classes for the whole department and then I host a lunch for grad students at a local restaurant on the last day of final exams.

I usually do. Not sure how much this year though. I will be participating in a cookie swap with some people at work again this year so I am baking for that. I think I have chosen gum drop cookies this year to make. Last year I did a chocolate chip peppermint cookie.

White on tree and lights outside

3. Does your place of business (or so's) have a Christmas party? Do you/will you attend?

Yes, every year at a local catering hall. I have gone in the past but am not going this year as I have a friends party to go to. I will have to go in 2 years to get my watch for 20 years though lol. We used to find out the extra days we were getting off for the holidays so everyone always wanted to go to find that out. Now they tell us earlier so no need to go for that. They also told us about reaching our profit sharing again earlier so we know that already also. They do give out a car but you don't need to be there to win.
