Here, it's all done through the driving schools, driver's ed, written exams, skills test. All of the information is recorded in the state system, you go down to th DOL and get your license.

Makes no sense to get a license in a state you are staying in for less than a month, no?

Then you wait until you're 18yo or older and take the exams through the DOL.
