What is the most ridiculous place you have seen a cell phone being used? I was working out last Friday night and there was a pregnant woman on the ellipitcal trainer talking on a cell phone the whole entire time. Unbelievable. I would have fallen on my butt if I tried to do it and I am not even pregnant. I am so not coordinated.

During a wedding ceremony. Maybe not ridiculous, but the rudest use I have ever seen.

I have heard them go off in a church service during the quiet prayer time but never a wedding. How unbelievably insensitive.

In a bathroom. . . .recently in a public restroom, someone in the next stall had a full conversation while 'taking care of business'.

...

I'm ashamed to admit that I've done both: talking on the cellphone in the stall and on the elliptical trainer (though I wasn't pg and I was talking very quietly.). But never at church or at a wedding!

About a week ago I went to bathroom at the gym. From inside one of the stalls I heard "Hello". I assumed there was a person in the stall that needed toilet paper or something so I answered "yes". Anyway the person wasn't trying to get my attention but just chatting on her phone. I wonder what the person on the other end thought when they heard the toilet flush?

DH has done this to me on occasion, but with a twist.

We have that two way by Nextel and when I actually remember to bring the phone with me, it creates more trouble then it is worth.

We have Nextel too. It amazes me how many people have their volume up so loud and the things others are saying on the other end. I was at the grocery store when some woman's husband (or lover) said some very explicit things to her over the radio (telling her what he wanted to do to her when they got home). Whenever dh and I radio each other with anything that is not to be heard by others, we ask if the other person is Code 1.

Well I didn't *see* it, but I heard it. In the ladies room at work. While I was in my stall someone was in another stall having a conversation on her cell phone. I wonder if she muted it when she flushed.

That reminds we of when DH and I were TTC...I asked if he was coming home early b/c it was my fertile period. There was this awkward silence then all this laughter, he had me on speaker phone and some of his guys were in his office.

DS is almost 21 months and I STILL haven't lived that down.
