Did you miss where I said that YES under the law he is innocent until proven guilty? Doesnt change the fact that in the real world he is guilty. Lets say I throw a knife and stab someone in the chest. Ten people see me do it and I admit it. I am under the constitution innocent until proven guilty. Doesnt change the fact that I am guilty does it?

Lets try this one more time. I cant help with an execution that isnt taking place now can I?
<<>>
Nope.

Yes I have. Lets say the brakes fail on a car. Car slams into another car and kills the other driver. Total accident.

So because you didnt bring it up means you didnt make a wrong analogy?
Once a person is released because of an impending new trial, that person is no longer convicted.
"A new trial is a reexamination of the issue in the same court, before another jury, after a verdict has been given. The granting of a new trial places the parties in the same position as if no trial had been had." IOW, the person is NO LONGER a convicted criminal; they are, once again, innocent until proven guilty. -- http://www.oscn.net/applications/OCISWeb/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=70741
Not ok to take a human life with regards to the death penalty.
But ok to take a life to defend your home.
Double standard.
The posts aren't saying what you claim.

You stated it was my double standard.

Then the car accident scenario is irrelevant to the debate.
PumpkinAngel
No, that would be incorrect yet again.
PumpkinAngel
I'm sorry.
