LMAO You didnt even watch the show. You didnt see a thing she said nor the police nor her DH nor the investigators. This is hysterical.

<<>>

Key word...summarize. The show was an hour long. In the summary they didnt mention even 1/2 of what the show did.

<<>>

The summary left out that the psychopath that confessed to the crime recanted his story. He was a serial killer that has never been charged in the death of this child because there is no evidence to prove he did it.

<<>>

I watched the show. The shows summary is totally different than what was on the show. The DEFENSE attorney was the only one that ranted that the police approached the scene in an unbias manner. Let me ask you this. Why would the police do this? What is there to gain by locking up a mother that was innocent? Do they get the bad guy? Do you think the police want to arrest an innocent person?

<<>>

I am not sure she is guilty. Just as I am sure she is innocent. I can say that I dont know why a man would break into a home to murder a 10 yr old child. Doesnt really make any sense.

Some of the evidence was that their were no tire tracks in the driveway, the grass was covered in dew and it had not been disturbed, and that the murder weapon was a knife from the home. The man Sells that confessed did so to delay his death sentence.

I dont think a technicality should be a reason for someone to get out of prison. We are all human and make mistakes.

I have never researched people that have been pardoned. Doesnt mean that it hasnt happened.

YOU stated that prisoners are not released pending a retrial.

Why not? "Technicalities" are what protect our civil rights.

Someone else confessing was NOT the technicality in this case. His confession was later recanted and there is NO evidence that supports he committed this crime.

I didn't state that without conditions though. Removing the conditions changes the statement.
