This is the only site that states this theory. This site is affiliated with the defense attorneys. If this theory is true why werent the officers charged with perjury? Why didnt they face charges in a court of law?

What are you going to do when an intruder breaks into your home? When you shoot someone I dont care where you shoot them you may very well kill them. I have been trained and always told to shoot at the largest part of the body. More often than not if someone is shot in the chest at close range they are going to die. I love to hear people say, I am going to shoot them in the foot. That is hysterical. Not to mention good luck with that theory.

No, not a big difference considering the summary and the detail were from the same source.

Post 261 in this thread: Well I guess him admitting that he did it just isnt good enough for you. Is for me.

Post 263 in this thread: So if the victim or the criminal says out of their mouths on national television that is bias media coverage? I dont get it>>>

He wasnt the murderer. There was no evidence linking him to her home. I didnt say the police shouldnt look into his statement. They did, it didnt hold water. Not to mention how many times did you and the various others here say that someone that is mentally ill (Andrea Yates)isnt responsible for saying things? This man is a nut.

<<>>

Never said here that no one ever confesses to a murder they didnt commit. Good try though.

<<>>

Never said it here either. This wasnt a good try though.

Show me substancial evidence this Illinois PD is corrupt.

I would argue that it is a necessary evil.

Again...SHE WAS RELEASED. Just because she didnt make it out the door doesnt change that. Not to mention she cant be arrested without substancial evidence againest her. She was released re arrest and RELEASED again on bail. Just like I have always said. I am very clear. Doesnt change a thing I said.

I certainly wouldn't be shooting them. There are no guns in my home and never will be. I'd most likely either hide, scream or run (and of course call 911). I really don't know what I'd do .. but I know I wouldn't shoot.

The case was thrown out because it was incorrectly handled.
