Yes, both of us go back to work. Dh did work on Friday though for a few hours.

2. Sunday plans?

Nothing really (so far at least as I had no plans yesterday either and I ended up hanging out at a neighbor's house most of the day and we had dinner over there from their leftovers from the BBQ they had the day before). Getting some laundry done, maybe sitting outside (so humid though), just relaxing before getting back to the work and exercise grind

3. Sunscreen: None, 15/30, higher?

All. I usually start off with nothing and as soon as I feel myself burning, I will put on whatever I have.

1. DH doesn't take days off; in fact he's at work right now, and he will go to work on Monday. I am planning on working Minday but it will be the only day I work alm day next week as I have a volunteer commitment that will have me busy 10 am-5 pm Tues-Friday, and then Saturday from 6 am until about 5 pm. 2. It's a lovely day so I am going to walk to church (three miles) and teach Sunday School and go to services. Our pastor is using the movie "42" as the basis for her sermon today, so that will be interesting. I might or might not grab lunch downtown with church friends before heading home. I will also stop by the office and print out some papers I need to read and grade before class tomorrow. I'm in the process of cleaning out our basement storeroom and also getting one of our bedrooms ready to paint, so I might work on that for awhile. DH is making hamburgers for dinner.  3.  I don't use sunscreen unless we are planning on being in the sun for an extended period of time, such as at the pool or lake or a basrball game or something like that.  Then usuallY use something with SPF 30 or higher.

1, yes.

3. When I were it i wear 30 but do not wear it a regulary as  I should.  Only when I will be out for an extended time.

DH, Yes, I'm home with the kids.  We may get out and about today, I have somewhere to be with DD2 tomorrow and we may drive by it today just so I know how to get there, I'm terrible with directions, Lol.  I don't always wear sunscreen but I put it on my kids, 30 I think?

1. Do you/so/spouse have to go back to work tomorrow? Sure, but DH was pleasantly surprised that he did not have any meetings today at least.

2. Sunday plans? No plans really. It is late afternoon here. I went to the gym, came back, cooked us zucchini fritters for lunch, then we walked the dogs.

3. Sunscreen: None, 15/30, higher? I tried using it during chemo (chemo makes you sun sensitive), but I can NOT tolerate cream on my skin when it is hot. If I have to be out for long in the sun, I wear a big hat. Also I usually wear long pants or skirts and often long-sleeved shirts as well in summer. If we go to the beach, it is usually because we are staying at the beach. Meaning that we just go to the beach to swim, we do not sit around in the sun. After swimming we go back to the house.

"Our pastor is using the movie "42" as the basis for her sermon today, so that will be interesting." --------------- I haven't heard about this movie. Is it about Bill Clinton?

No, it is about Jackie Robinson the 1st African American to play baseball in the major leagues.  42 was his number and had been retired in all of baseball.  For non baseball fans a team retiring a number is a sign of respect for an outstanding player.    It is a wonderful movie.   One of those that even though you know the story line and what is going to happen it still touches you seeing it.

1.  Yes.  Someone has to pay for all this.

2. My Sunday plans are just about complete.  I put the ceiling in in the sewing room. I haven't decided if I'm going to put the Expedit shelves and desk together today or if I'm going to install the utility bar and  peg board on my cutting table.  Before that happens, tho, I'm going to shower; I'm covered in sawdust.

3.  15 to 30.  Rarely anything higher.  The only time I've ever used 50 was the year after my knee replacement surgery; the ortho surgeon said to cover the scar tissue with 50 spf for the first summer after surgery.

1. Do you/so/spouse have to go back to work tomorrow? Frown -- Yes. But it's another short week for me. I'm taking annual leave Thurs and Fri (well, Thurs is partially sick leave).

2. Sunday plans? -- Long bike ride, saw The Heat with one of my BFFs, lounged at the pool with her and dh for about 2 hours, nice dinner (beet risotto, grilled chicken breasts, grilled okra).  Then Dexter!

3. Sunscreen: None, 15/30, higher? --= Definitely sunscreen.   Usually 30 or 50, whatever spray is available at the dollar store.
