yeah, just keep making stuff up to support a non-supportable position.

here's no comparison of lakes and rivers there to the ocean.

Yeah, you usually don't see as many people laying out at the "lake" or the "river" lol.

Well I live 45 minutes from several NH and Maine ocean beachs and 45 minutes from about half dozen amazing NH lakes and I love them all -in fact lastweekend one day was a pool day, one day was a beach day and one day was a lake day -- and I saw plenty of people at each of those places swimming, reading, napping, floating on floats, playing volleyball you name it... (and not one person at the Lake was shaking their fist saying "oohhhhh if ONLY I were at the OCEAN!" ) I'm an ocean gal but I love my lake time too... but I have to say at all those places I saw very few people if any blatantly lathering up the Hawaiin Tropic oil and 'tanning'

Why would one compare them, are you having a competition or something?

That's right, they turn off the sun at rivers and lakes while leaving it on for the ocean only.

And there are some people who live right by the ocean and just can't find the time to go....how is this relevant to people who tan?  The sun shines a lot of places.  Really.

Have you been to a local lake or river lately?   Or hey, an ocean?

Nor is the Gulf of Mexico like the Atlantic.  But a lot of that comes down to personal likes/dislikes, A friend of mine prefers the calm gulf shores to the east coast.  I like the Atlantic ocean.

This is funny.  So when was the last time you went to the ocean?
