If you are a church goer (or were) do you dress up or are you more laid back and your clothing more casual

Where do you draw your inspiration from

Do you color your hair and if so, 1) when was the last time and 2) do you color it regularly

What are you reading

If you rent movies, what was the last one you rented and was it good

A lot of people don't find pep talks lame. Roll and I do.  My friend Heather (dare I call her my BFF?) is a big lover of pep talks. They really help her to get motivated; they might even inspire her

Didn't you attend weight watchers meetings for years? Didn't you teach them? NONE of those things said there are pep talks? They don't inspire and motivate people to lose weight and get healthier?

Not savcal but my mother went to those meetings, From what I remember people took turns sharing their stories too (as I attended a couple with her).  I don't know what you'd call it if the purpose behind those support groups wasn't to inspire and empower others to succceed on their own journeys.

Yep that is what they are for. I know many people who have been to them and tell me they go BECAUSE they need the motivation and inspiration of others who have gotten to their goal weight. Those type of things I do not need to get me motivated and inspired as I can easily find other things outside of meetings for that and have for the past 13 years I have followed weight watchers.

I think the bigger question is how is a pep group/rally not be a coping mechanism.. Cope meaning to deal with something of course.

I have 6 other girlfriends that I speak privately to each and every day on facebook. We talk about everything. I mean everything and we all motivate and inspire each other. We are a pep rally/group for one another when needed. These women inspire me with things they are going through in their lives. They motivate me when I need a kick in the butt and let me know how good I am doing to keep me going.

Darn, Sorry Molly. And that very word, "solve" is what I found disputable with rollmops.

So this friend of yours knows you find them lame?  Curious.

Sounds like everyone is just trying to reach as they had NO REAL answer so attack Jams instead accusing her of not wording it correctly. Give me a break.

I might, if that weren't a lie.  I, and several others answered the question.  Hence, the claim that "everyone is just trying to reach" is a lie.  Please stop lying.

You answered it but first asked for what? Did you miss that part?
