It's a beautiful morning here!  I plan on spending a relaxing day sitting in the sun, reading, and maybe going for a walk.  Do you have any big plans for the day?

I am going to try and relax as well. Kids are making water balloons for later, I threw on a bikini to lay out and making an easy dinner of penne a la vodka (jarred too lol).

I am doing the happy dance right now.  Went for a bike ride this morning and because of the wind decided to do a different route and discovered that they had got a lot farther on building hike and bike trails than I had realized.  With this section completed I will only have to spend about 1.5 miles of riding on the road and the rest will be trail riding.

Am eating breakfast now.  After I my shower will head to Sam's Club.  One of the charities I am active in feeds the homeless, the come up with a weekly menu and people donate the items needed.  This week I am buying 96 hamburger buns.

The afternoon will probably  be couple time as DH is going into the hospital tomorrow.  DD2 will be coming over, she is spending the night here and going to the hospital with us, but I do not know when.   She may just come over to sleep.

I also have plans for a relaxing day, super busy yesterday.  A bit of cleaning later, softball and some world cup watching is on the agenda for me.  Dh will work in the garden/yard/pool, dog will nap and boys have their own social stuff and/or work.

Well, I've already made breakfast (biscuits with butter and honey), taken The Dog and The DH on a 2.5 mile walk, gone grocery shopping and made lunch.

Next up is cleaning my room and putting away laundry.   Then I have to work for a couple hours. Then we'll hit the pool for a few hours.   We have grilled chicken breasts and grilled veggies on tap for dinner, followed by another walk.  We'll end the day with some tv.

They finished the trail that connects with my neighborhood about 3 years ago. We. Love. It.  I can do a 5.7 mile loop, and I'm only city streets (my neighborhood - very little traffic) for about 3/4 of a mile.

Oh and hope things go well for your DH.

"It's a beautiful morning here! I plan on spending a relaxing day sitting in the sun, reading, and maybe going for a walk. Do you have any big plans for the day?" --------- I did very little today other than answer a few emails and translating a short article on a church in Constantinople.

Evenually when they get it all done it will connect with the cities to the west, east and south of us and into Austin.  The beginning of the trail is almost exactly 1 mile from my house so I will always have that link on the road.  But it is residental so very little traffic.  On weekend mornings I am more lilkely to see other exercisers than cars.

This morning I took the dogs for a 3mi walk in the woods, ran 4mi on the beach, vacuumed the pool, took a quick dip in the ocean, put away laundry, and now I only plan to laze around the pool until its time to make dinner.
