1. Who was your last celebrity sighting?

Not sure if it would be considered a "sighting" as we went to go see him but Chris Franjola. He is also an old friend but STILL a celebrity Laughing

Who was the biggest celebrity sighting?

Michael J. Fox & Tracey Pollen, Vincent Price, Tupac

2. What's for dinner?

Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers, Corn on the Cob and some other side.

3. How hot is it by you?

Only 75 but the humidity is 87%

1. I do not know who or what counts as a "celebrity" nowadays. We had lunch with Scott Carpenter last month on the 51st anniversary of Aurora 7. That was pretty cool. Biggest celebrity? Ex-President Ford? Brian Cox? Buzz Aldrin? 2. I don't remember. DH is cooking. 3. Not very.

1. Shared an air plane ride with Dan Rather.  Had dinner in a restaurant the same time as Ed Too Tall Jones.  Have seen Nolan Ryan a few times.  Who was bigger would be a matter of opinion.

2.  Not sure yet, possibly BLT's

3.  After record breaking 106 on Friday and 108 yesterday today we are expecting a cool 99;.

Yes, as I mentioned in my post who is important can be a matter of opinion. Once DH and I were on a plane fight with an Air Force General whose father was also an Air Force General that DH we learned about in basic trainining.  Would not mean anything to a lot of people but very exciting for us.

1. What are we, 12?

2.  I dunno.

3.  Hot enough to be grateful that the AC is installed and working, but not so hot that anyone where it actually IS hot (I'm looking at YOU, Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas) should have to listen to me whine about it.

There are many people who are "celebrities" that seem like pretty raunchy, vile people. I would not want to run into some of them.

1. Who was your last celebrity sighting? Who was the biggest celebrity sighting?-- I think my most recent was Trisha Yearwood - she was our celebrity chef about a year ago.  Nice lady.   She and Garth live nearby and are in town a lot, but I don't se them often.   Oh wait, does being in the same builidng as Obama count?  I didn't see him, but I saw all his SS guys and his vehicles, etc.

2. What's for dinner? - applewood smoked bacon pork loin, corn on the cob, tomato/cucumber/feta salad

3. How hot is it by you? - mid 80s.  Cool for us.

Who was your last celebrity sighting? Who was the biggest celebrity sighting? hmmm last one was probably Mary Chapin Carpenter at her show at my theater,   biggest?  Gosh my work in nonprofit cultural institutions has given me the opportunity to meet several biggies-- Bishop Tutu,  Tom Brokaw, Bill Cosby, Lily Tomlin, Ed Asner, The Indigo Girls, Ken Burns, Bob Costas, Willie Nelson, Sarah McLachlan come to mind.   As far as "man on the street' sightings I'd say John Lithgow, Barbara Walters, and Bernadette Peters- allin NYC.   Although my favorite is when we were in Ptown and my wife saw John Waters go by on his bike and shouted "john Waters on a bicycle!"  he went "ding ding!" on his bell and waved as he rode by .

2. What's for dinner?  Pork Chops, my wife's famous lime garlic green beans, and couscous

3. How hot is it by you? 85-86 nice but not opressive

oh yeah I didn't even get into politicians -- up here in FIN-land (first in the Nation)  we get inundated with the pols and the talking news heads every 4 years- although i have been knonw to try to stalk Rachel Maddow when she's here -- met George Stephanopolous when ABC set up interviewing headquarters in my theater-  met Bill Clinton and Al Gore back before the 2000 primary -  met Nancy Pelosi when she had an event in the theater -- and have seen Hilary Clinton, Obama, and GW Bush a fewtimes.   but mostly we just see them as hindrancs to regular traffic patterns
