Do you have a "regular" Sunday activity? If so, please share.

What are you reading?

Summer break is coming to an end for many of us. What was your most memorable experience from this summer?

Sundays, I usually take a nap after church, lol. We often have people over for dinner. This afternoon we are going to friend's house for dinner and a birthday celebration.

"Love Everlasting" at this rate, I will be lucky to finish it before the end of summer, lol.

So far, my kid getting his driver's license. The upcoming wedding will also be memorable.

1,  No really,  Aside from usually exercising in the morning, Sundays are usually down time.

2.  A romance novel.

3.  My memoral events from the summer have not been good ones,  Medical issues  for one family member, surgery for another.  But the end results for both were good,

. 1.  Well, I usually go to church, often take an afternoon nap, and usually sit down and plan the schedule for the upcoming week.  It's gotten a lot less complicated since both boys have their own cars, and now both of them have their own place to live.   2.  Still working through Lucy Maud Mothgomery's corpus.  I read "The Blue Castle" over the last two days. It is really good.  For work, lots of secondary literature on middle Saxon period archaeology.  3.  It's been a great Sumer so far.  A month in the Maritimes with DH In June, and a month in England working for me.  I will remember it as my first "empty nest" summer.

Do you have a "regular" Sunday activity? If so, please share. -- grocery shopping. working out.

What are you reading? -- I just finished Postmortem by Patricial Cornwell, the first in the Scarpetta series. I've read it before, but I'm going back re-reading the series. #2 isn't available yet in my library, so I downloaded 11/22/63 by Stephen King and Babyville by Jane Green.   I'll have a lot of reading time on planes an in aiports in the next week, so I've got a handful of others ready to download.

Summer break is coming to an end for many of us. What was your most memorable experience from this summer? -- The Styx/Foreigner concert with The Kids.  My HS Bff's daughter's wedding last night.  The Girl graduating and turning 18.  My 25th HS reunion.  A mini-reunion with 4 of my BFFs from HS.

Do you have a "regular" Sunday activity? If so, please share. No, not really, although now that I work away from home most week days, I typically go to the gym on Sundays.

What are you reading? Still The White Moghuls, Dalrymple.

Summer break is coming to an end for many of us. What was your most memorable experience from this summer? Oh, ours has not really started. August is a vacation month here. However, I got to see dd graduate this summer and that was a nice day. I don't usually go for that sort of thing, but I actually enjoyed it.

You know me; I love a Sunday morning in the sewing room.

I'm re-reading the Outlander series. First to refresh the plot lines leading up to the newest novel in the series, and secondly in anticipation of the series on Starz this summer.

Well certainly all time spent with the newest DGS has been wonderful and getting to spend the past weekend with DGS1 was wonderful.  And stopping randomly for dinner on the way home from a family gathering and meeting up with one of my cousins was wonderful

1. Not really.

2. I am still working on the list from last time. I don't actually do well reading multiple things at once, so I really need to just commit to finishing them off one at a time.

3. Probably this last weeked. Three trips down the river in three days. No bone breaks, sprains, or sunburns, and I think I finally convinced our little group that we need to take an autumn kayaking trip to see the colors. I can't wait!
