Finally, a beautiful day Laughing

1. Have you been able to wear flip flops/sandals/open toed shoes yet?

2. At what age did you/would you let your child date?

3. Swimming Pools: Do you jump right in or sit on the side?

The today show had this really cute segment about how boys are proposing to girls for the prom.. "Promposals" they called it, Lol. Only a couple of DD's friends have steady guy friends, I don't get the big deal, They're so young!

I saw that too this morning. I brought my dh with me to my prom :) We had been "going out" for 4 months and knew each other 6 months.

Well, that sucks.  They do put a lot of chlorine in some pools.  I'm usually thankful for it, but I can see where it can get dangerous.  Maybe there's a salt water pool nearby.

Cruises have salt water pools ;)

I agree with you Lauren, And indoor pools are the worst to me - they are so stuffy, I don't have asthma but after 10 or 15 minutes I need to leave just to breathe.

the Inn where my wife and I splurge and stay at once a summer in our favorite beach town in Maine has a saltwater pool with a system that turns it to natural chlorine - it is the clearest most glorious swimming experience ever... you have to dynamite me out of that pool when we stay there!  The hot tub is the same.. it's so clear and there's no chemical smell or residue... glorious

Yea, Maybe it was a little overdone but I think it's cute!  My friend's DD was invited to her senior prom by someone who worked at a pizza parlor, He asked her by drizzling the question with pizza sauce on a pizza he took her out for.  That's cute too!
