Why is your job an ideal one?
b.  What is the ideal job and why if you are not there?

What are you looking forward to?

Where do you see yourself five years from now?  Ten (if you can project that far ahead, Lol!)?

Bonus:  Do you like the name George?

And here I am thinking that the reason to go to college and get advanced degrees is to become a more educated person. "Glad you cleared that one up for us all. (Said No_Body ever)

Yep, educated so you can get a better paying job. Didn't think that was rocket science.

Synonyms for "rocket science" include "crass," "ignorant," and "philistine."

Are you trying to debate here as I don't see anything debatable?

Getting a better paying job is only one potential reason to get a higher education.  There are many more. And for many, increased income isn't even at the top of the list.

I guess for people who don't NEED the money, it is not but I am pretty sure MOST people in the world would LIKE to make as much as they can with their degrees.

I guess that's why everyone picks the one major/degree likeliest to produce the highest ROI.

Yep, I agree there.  People go to college and beyond to get a better paying job.  The only people I attended school with who did not need to get better paying jobs thru education, were royalty.  Royalty from abroad, and "American" royalty.  Even among the American royalty, most went into mommy or daddy's business anyway, so they did need their education, even if their work hours were "sweet" with some sweet bennies. ;)
