1. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?

2. Are you having a party or going to one for Memorial Day?

3. Did you go on a honeymoon?

4. What do you do to de-stress from a long day?

In your usual zeal to agree with everything that molly says and does, you might have missed the point that those parties aren't "for" Memorial Day, they are for graduation, a birthday and an anniversary...even a party for the unoffical start of summer is you know...not "for" Memorial Day.

Personally I think having a graduation party or birthday party or whatever that just happens to be in the same weekend is different from having a party FOR Memorial Day, which is what the original question was about.

Exactly.

So now you agree that those parties aren't "for" Memorial Day?  What is a big thing?

I've never been invited to a party that celebrates "Memoral Day" as the day is intended, I've been invited to parties during Memorial Day Weekend...two different things.

I think you are hearing things because that's not what that says.

Do you really still not understand the difference between a party during Memorial Day weekend and a party for Memorial Day?  How is that possible?

How do the Blue angels honor Memorial Day?  I just saw this over the weekend and I wonder what is different when they do their act over Memorial Day versus just a random weekend in May or July or whenever.

Ask Bord, PKA..she mentioned it first...

>Often on Memorial Day we go to the parade downtown which is highlighted by a series of flyovers of historic aircraft, including a performance by the Blue Angels, and then capped by a Missing Man formation which gets to me every time,
