Sweet potatoes with marshmallows and brown sugar are my dad's favorite. My mom always makes them from from fresh sweet potatoes, and they are really good, if super sweet. I can't stand canned sweet potatoes or yams.

I think they occasionally do stuff on computers in DD's class, but she has three teachers in her classroom (main teacher, teacher's aide, and student teacher). So, I think they all teach at the different stations.
