You might be enlightened to learn how the French look at conditions like ADD/HD.  I find this as fascinating as those sights and smells you brag about, Lol.

Thanks, but if I had a desire to watch it, I'm sure I could find it myself.

alarm is off at 5, I'm out of bed at 5:05.  By 6:10, I'm just finishing up my run and getting back in the car.

Cool. I do my excersing right after work, at work. Days without classes, I do free on demand classes on TV and my own crunches and leg exercises. Starting my 4th week and I have lost 3.6 lbs, 2 1/2 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips :)

We had to get up at 7 today, and we are both completely beat. Usually we do not get up till about 9. 5AM is the middle of the night to me.

I woke at 3:20 this morning, which is pretty typical for Sundays.

Yesterday after I left work and got home to feed the cats, I went to the farmer's market (first weekend of the season--man I missed them) and indulged in several packages of fresh pork chops and loose sausage, bought some basil and parsley plants for the kitchen garden, and then pampered myself with some blueberry/plum jam from a farm in PA.

Once I got home, planted the herbs, put the rest of the groceries away, and vacuumed the house,I was done for the day and headed to bed (around 2).  Slept til 9 when Maisie started pestering me for her dinner and was up until 11:30 (is). Back to bed and then up this wee am. Got all the bedding washed and then began working on several quilting projects, including making (FINALLY) some more progress on the baby quilt.  I also paper pieced the top to a pot holder for a pot holder exchange at my sewing machine geek fest in a couple weeks, then quilted it.  All I need now is to make the loop, sign the label and then sew both of them onto the pot holder with the binding.   And cut out more blocks for a project I started at the Quilting Expo last weekend.

In all?  A very enjoyable day :)

I sleep in on the weekends.  I don't get up until 730 on the weekends.

I've tried working out after work ... it energizes me and makes it hard for me to sleep. I can do it occasionally, but not on a regular basis.  Dh works out after work; I work out before.    That way I can be fixing dinner after work.

Yeah, I guess you have gotten used to the morning routine as I have always done it at night. Dh cooks on the nights I stay at work for class and I either eat whatever is left over or make myself something. He cooks usually every week night anyway as he is home earlier than me. I cook on the weekends unless we go out or get take in.

I can only work out after work during my slow times when I am only working 5-6 hours a day.   After working a 7.5-9 hour day of moving around boxes my  body is too sore.  I have been doing the after work thing for awhile but now that we are getting busy am making the transistion to morning.  One advantage of my job though it takes care of the weight lifting aspect so I only have to do cardial.  I usually only do weights if is is extremely slow at work or if I have time off work for a few days.

"That seems like such an odd question to ask someone.  In my whole life, I've never been to a pawnshop."

Grapthar you don't know what you're missing.. when we were selling some gold jewelery a few years ago we were in hysterics b/c the best prcie was actually at this pawn shop where you had to make sure to take off your sunglasses and hats before entering and there was (no word of a lie) Sinatra playing on the stereo and they guy who weighed the jewelry had to go out back to ask "the old man" what he thought of the price he offered us...  it. was. EPIC
