I missed where someone said you should go organic?  I do hope they are telling him to eat less processed food however...

He looks good, by the way.  And I agree, There is no great value in switching from regular/conventionally grown fruits and vegetables to organic.  I think people that are caught up in "organic" convince themselves of that tho.

Unless your DS is prepared to answer the question of whether or not he has eaten at McDonalds (when he worked there) I'll leave the skepticism open...  I don't believe you.

In your opinion.  And your opinion is of no consequence in a decision that involves me and my household.

Oh my! Speaking of good food, I just whipped up an awesome rosemary balsamic marinade for the chicken I'm grilling tonight. Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, evoo, garlic, brown sugar, pepper and lots of rosemary. Cannot wait.

Now you demand Bord's DS come here and answer questions that are none of your concern?  In what world is that a rational expectation?

Yum!  That sounds good!

Hint as to proportions?

About 1/2 c balsamic, couple TB evoo, couple TB soy sauce, TB or so of brown sugar, 5-6 garlic cloves, t or so black pepper, and I did about 4 sprigs (15 or so individual branches) of rosemary.

. There is value in making the switch.  If may not be things you value, but there is value.  Many people are concerned about exposure to trace pesticides; every study that's ever been done showed organic food and those who consume them retaining lower quantities of trace pesticides.  There are those who are concerned about pesticide use and the environment.  There are those who are concerned about animal welfare.  And even though there is not much difference nutritionally between organic/conventional foods, many studies have indicated some differences in some nutrients, particularly omega-3s. And many people just value the difference in taste Found in some organically-produced food.

I've never said my opinion should matter to you.  What does chef boyardee thinnk of organic, by the way?  Do they work together or are they complete rivals that you must keep separate?  ;)
