Didn't you just correct my spelling on the other thread? Surely then you meant to say "over there in Paola."

Over WHERE? Where did I say what Paola was?

My girls get the dolls for their birthdays and Christmas. I don't find them to be terribly expensive as they are really very good quality items. For Julia's last birthday, she got another doll, plus several accessories. We spent a lovely afternoon at the local store, just us girls.

I am sure you did Laughing

Spring, you wrote "over their in Paola."  You should have written, "over THERE in Paola."  She is right. You opened the door by correcting her spelling.  Have fun with the reaping.

Oh well. It is neither their OR there anyway (Paola that is). Shrug.

Your pal, cantbewrong brought up the best seller HP is.  I find its popularity funny, Why?  B/c there is so much fascination even today in that stuff, My kids have fb friends that list Hogwart as the school they attend, I still get little wizard trick or treaters on Halloween.  It's funny, Sometimes a laugh is in fun not an attack, bord.  QTIP.

I didn't say it was an attack.  I asked why it is funny that people are interested in something you are not interested in.  I still don't understand what is funny about it.

Also, I had to look up "QTIP" but I assure you, I am not taking anything personally.  I am just curious why you (or anyone) would laugh at something that is popular that they are not interested in.

Relax?  Like I'm tired or stressed or something?  No, just intellectual curiousity.  I am interested in what makes people tick, and this laughing at something that other people find interesting because you don't find it interesting is a new one on me.  There are many things that are popular right now or just recently popular  (Downton Abbey and Candy Crush Saga are two that pop to mind) among my friends that I am not interested in.   I assume people have their reasons for finding them interesting, and maybe I would too, if I took the time to investigate, but for whatever reason, I don't.  But anyway, it would never occur to me to laugh at what they are interested in, or laugh at them for being interested.  And I wonder why someone else would, that's all.

How much MORE do you want her to relax Jams? lololol. She seems to be on a permanent vacation with the no teaching gig and basically no kids left in the house.
