Oh--uh, no! In fact, if I didn't have kids and I had a fridge delivered, I would have fun playing with the box all by myself! ;-)

We don't either, but I always let the kids keep them to play with for a few days.

We have two monster trees in our very small yard. I try to rake them a little at a time or it's a completely overwhleming project. Plus, then they blow in to neighbors' yards and/or start killing the grass. It wouldn't work for me to mulch them with the lawnmower and leave them on the grass-- there are too many. But I am using the lawnmower to mulch the ones I can to add to the compost bin I have. Unfortunately, the last time I did that, there were still quite a few leaves left to rake when I was done. I think last year I bagged up 20 or so bags of leaves? I sent them to my parents house to use on their garden.

We only have one, Japanese Maple, in our yard, but our neighborhood has several big trees.
