Manicured or could you care less what your yard looks like?

What kind of dresser are you - classy, trendy, bold or combination/no one particular style?

Cook in/grill out or go out on a scorching hot day?

I have great legs according to my DH.  I don't think he'd like me in a maxi skirt but I don't care, I'm determined to find one anyway.  Lol.

Get a maxi dress instead of skirt. The longer line of the dress will be more flattering than a skirt that cuts you off in the middle and highlights your height.

Manicured or could you care less what your yard looks like? We keep our yard cut & trimmed and have flowers.

What kind of dresser are you - classy, trendy, bold or combination/no one particular style? casual and I'm not afraid to wear colors.

Cook in/grill out or go out on a scorching hot day?  Well 80 is scorching for me and we generally grill outside or do anything not to use the oven.  Those days we tend to have a late dinner at 7-8 pm & it's cooling off outside but not inside yet, so going out to grill is a good idea.

I love, love, love the looks of the stuff on modcloth.  I haven't bought anything from them yet though either.

My reviews of your reviews on the clothes--

Savcal I love the first dress, cute print & I like the cut.  I like the second dress but not the color.  I like the waist detail, it's nice to have something so it's not plain.  I don't like the high neck on the second dress either.  I don't know why Jam can't tell if it's the front or back, she sounds cranky.

For RM's dress I like it, it looks like a great dress for a summer afternoon wedding or party.  I don't see how it's revealing as RM said it is lined, so Jam what you think you are seeing through it, is apparently not what you are seeing through it.  And generally most people won't be looking at the same camera angle as in this picture.

The Donna Karan skirt--I don't know who it would look good on, only tall models I think.  I hate the color, the bottom half looks like a mummy. Maybe black, but I don't like it.

My first thought upon reading this thread was, "Geez, who peed in Jambles Cheerios this morning?"

Right, You'd have to be tall and thin.   I think spring owns one actually.  And I'm sorry you don't like the color, It's not a dark, depressing color that's for sure.

"I think spring owns one actually." ------- Perhaps not the best example in the context.

What's your problem?  Did I say I wear dark depressing colors?  I believe that was you.
