Are you a morning person or night owl?

What are your feelings about the stand your ground law?

Are you a procrastinator or more pro-active?  Does it depend on the situation/issue?

I've always been a morning person and esp now, with shorter days I'd rather go to sleep early and wake up early than stay up late.   I am against the SYG law, We own no weapons and I believe any crime should be reported to and dealt with by the authorities, JMO.  My life is a pretty pro-active one, I'm probably too involved but that's beside the question, Lol.

1. Both. 2. I'm for the right to self-defense, but that already exists. I think most of these. "Stand your ground" laws, I think, are mostly grandstanding and are actually dangerous. 3. Depends on the situation.

Morning person

I think that it should apply when one is on one's own property,  their actual ground.  Do not think it should apply in a public situation.

Depends on the situation. A lot of the time it is determined by whether putting it off would actually make it more work in the long run.

Morning person.  The SYG laws border on the insane.  Never did our founding fathers or brothers envision the notion that you can SYG to protect your property, to start a fight when already in a place of safety.  I'm a little of both ~ procrastinator and pro-active.

There are constitutional rights to bear arms but I think we've gone too far with possession of guns and those so called "rights".

It's like an itch that needs to be scratched when I put something off, Lol.

This is exactly what I think of when I hear about that law.

Are you a morning person or night owl? - kinda both, actually.  I'm up at 5 each morning and don't go to bed until 10pm or later.  But, I'm at my best from about 9-noon every day, so I think morning person is probably most accurate.

What are your feelings about the stand your ground law? -- I think it has some merits, but shouldn't be immediately invoked.  The determination that an action was legal under the stand your ground law should only come after extensive investigation.

Are you a procrastinator or more pro-active?  Does it depend on the situation/issue? - completely depends on the issue.

The law gained a lot of attention in the Zimmerman case, Makes me wonder where he'd be if there hadn't been that law...

Are you a morning person or night owl?

I am NOT a morning person, AT ALL. I do stay up until 11 or 12 so I guess a night owl.

What are your feelings about the stand your ground law?

It all depends.

Are you a procrastinator or more pro-active?  Does it depend on the situation/issue?

Depends on the situation but I am usually more pro-active to get things done and out of the way.
