1. When you go out with friends, what is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non).

2. How often do you go out socially?

3. Have you changed your eating habit in the last year or two?

Hey my wife coined that phrase!  She used to get the BIGGEST laughs in our WW meetings... she'd walk in and get greeted the way norm used to get greeted on Cheers... ;-)

I was out with friends a week or so ago and a table over ordered a drink with a flavored vodka in them, someone remarked that we were all old enough to remember when the flavor of vodka was...vodka.  LoL

Yes, still Wednesday, but it was late when I posted (where I am), so I thought I would skip to tomorrow.

"It's not a diet, it's a sucky new way of life" ----------- LOL, I do have days where that slogan fits, but most of the time, I actually find it ok.

When you go out with friends, what is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non).

In winter I always go for a nice warm rich glass of Shiraz, Malbec or Rioja.  In summer I love a cold crisp pinot grigio.   I rarely drink mixed drinks with the exception of an occassional mojito or margarita but that's pretty rare.

2. How often do you go out socially?

Almost every other week we try to connect with friends since we are without the girl on those weeks... even if we don't meet up with friends we try to go out on 'date nights'  for dinner or up to a woman's T-dance or for a singalong night at a cute local gay bar where I friend plays piano... in summer we like to have friends over for drinks and cheese and crackers on the deck.

3. Have you changed your eating habit in the last year or two?

Sigh.  I try.. always.. and I fail most of the time but I am better in incorporating more protein and fewer carbs and vegetables and we've done a really good job of eliminating most convenience or processed foods... but you know.. still fat ;-)

<<1. When you go out with friends, what is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non).

Alcoholic, either wine or quality beer.  Non alcoholic, usually ice water.

2. How often do you go out socially?

On average 2-3 times a week.

3. Have you changed your eating habit in the last year or two?>>

Yes, gradually going more and more healthy and clean eating, less processed.

1.  I will often have a Rum & Diet Coke, if I'm out for an evening.  Then just water.

2. Define "go out socially".  :)  I probably go out to lunch once or twice a week.  Occassional coffee dates here and there, dinner out with dh and/or others every few weeks, monthly maybe....

3.  Nope.

That drink sounds refreshing spring! :) Good for you all who are on WW, My mother swore by WW and she worked that program they'd create for her well. I think the commercials are great too, Jennifer Hudson is a better model than the stick thin that endorse other weight loss plans (Marie Osmond?)
