1. When you go out with friends, what is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non).

2. How often do you go out socially?

3. Have you changed your eating habit in the last year or two?

Question for the group...

When one goes out socially, does that automatically equal going out to dinner for you?  For me going out socially can mean a wide variety of things; movies, play, theatre, drinks, professional sporting events, coffee at someone's house/starbucks, particpating with friends in a sporting event and so on...the list is really endless, I don't automatically think of food, do you?

<<Nice that you can go out for dinner 2-3 times a week with friends and not have to cook, just relaxing with your dh and friends. Sounds nice to me :)>>

No, no and no.  Strike three, your out.  Your fiction is funny though.   :)

1. When you go out with friends, what is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non).

Diet Coke or a dry white, depends on time of day and company.

2. How often do you go out socially?

We entertain quite often in our home in summer, 5 significant parties we host and another 5 we attend in our town. Probably only get out once a month other times of the year. Since I work from home, I usually meet up for coffee every day with the regulars for at the local coffee shop for 30 min break. DH and I play cards every week with friends (Hi Lo Jack and we're kicking it this year!)

3. Have you changed your eating habit in the last year or two?

Trying to eat less processed food.

1. Tomato juice or pineapple juice.  But I usually just get water, diet coke.

2. A weekly tennis group, that gets more active in the summer (mixers, round robins).  One bestie and I meet each week for coffee at our houses.  I go to a women's club, book club and kind of a quilting bee once a month, each; these meet less during the summer.

3. Not really.

<<Wow, 2-3 times a week out to dinner? I thought you cooked more at home after seeing your menu's. That sounds nice to not have to cook that much :)>>

No.  I do.  I don't know how a false statement can sound nice, but ymmv of course.  :)

I didn't include going out with just my dh or family but did include events when dh and I went out with other couples or friends.  Like dinner out at the local resturant with the family I didn't count, but dinner with dh and 6 other couples, I did count.  Lunch with girlfriends I would count but lunch with co-workers I didn't.  I didn't count sporting events which can be very social even though I know families across the area from many years of sports.

That brings me to the 2-3 a week on average.
