1. How much exercise have you gotten this week so far?

2. Do you get your father and/or the father of your child/ren something for Father's Day?

3. If you were given $10,000 today, what would you do with it?

I read thardy's question last week and thought I knew what she was asking but kind of didn't believe it until someone asked for clarification. I'd kind of pegged her as too classy for that

She IS classy. She is also not dead either. It's all in fun.

Right, I wasn't asking what it meant, I was asking what which specific in a game that I haven't played since my 20's in college.

Wouldn't you have known then what it was about if you had done it before?

I'm literally lol at it being "hip", a college drinking game from 20 years ago is hip with adults in your area? So funny.

Drinking game? How does this associate with a drinking game?

<<I don't think I even come CLOSE to 100 miles for work and errands. lol. I only food shop once a week and if I do have to pick something up that was missed or last minute, I will go to my closest store, less than a mile away. Otherwise I try and combine most trips and I could even walk to many different stores instead of using my car. >>

It was a generous estimate, I do go to a couple of stores to buy groceries, I'm a little picky, lol. :) I usually combine trips as well, but mileage really isn't that much of an issue for me so I don't work to minimize mileage, I will drive my car until it dies.

Yep.

PKA we're doing Hilton Head for a week this summer- planning on a day trip to Savannah while we're there - we should compare notes and see if we'll over lap vacations!

hopeing also to squeeze in a weekend away with just my wife and then a weekend thats nothing but day trips as a family (my wife works every other weekend so if we can finagle the schedules the right way we will make it so!)

That sounds great, once we finalize the plans I'll private message you with the dates!

Oh ok. If I am in the area for something else, I will go to Walmart as most everything is cheaper but I stick with the same store every week.

It is obviously is not an issue for me either as I will probably do the same but I still try combine trips as much as I can.

There aren't as many cool sites and destinations out west as where you live anyway. It's no wonder there are so many miles on their cars, Lol...

Glad you agree with Bord on the exact thing you just said to me. Laughing

We also want to do a garage sale with friends and family one of the weekends in the summer (that we can squeeze in) and we also like to do volunteering with church. We do have ONE big vacation planned for this year though. I am sure it is costing us a lot more money than a few weekends would though.

I can see that if you have to choose, you need to choose what is best for your family. We are taking a break from big vacations after the Europe trip last summer. We rented a beach house for the spring break week and spending the week in Georiga somewhere, maybe another beach house, I'm not sure yet. Working on those details. The weekends aren't super expensive, but they are nice getaways in addition to the week long family vacations. It works for us, we enjoy both weekends and week long vacations as well as the social stuff with our friends and families. :)

Hmmm...possibly and we have so many options of transportation or none as I can walk to most anything you need from getting your nails done to automotive stores to food shopping, liqour stores, restaurants, hair salons, cellphone stores, travel agent, insurance agents, etc, etc. That is why I LOVE where I live Laughing
