What rooms in your house are too big, which are too small and which are just right?

I see the opposite here.

Ours is not a soaking tub, just a regulare one. Still, it's an over sized one, which is nice, when it's used, but we just don't use it that often. Even in my kids' bathroom, the tub doesn't get used very often...all of the kids take showers now, for the most part. Ds5 is the only one who still occassionally takes a bath.

I was jumping for joy when my youngest transitioned to showers!

My bedrooms are large compared to other homes in my area built at the same time. I would love to have a separate dining room and den and extra bathroom. I would love to have a laundry room too and not have the washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is not tiny but many would consider it small.

Bedrooms (all four), living room, kitchen, rec room and guest bathroom are just right. Dining "room" (not an actual separate room, just an area off the kitchen), and the two downstairs bathrooms are too small. I don't think any room is too big.

Oh, and laundry "room" is too small.

My two major renovation dreams would be to 1) turn the laundry area into a pantry and put the washer/dryer in the garage and 2) expand the master bath by taking out the master closet, then putting a door from the bedroom to the hall closet that could then be used as the master closet.

Probably won't ever happen, lol.

I keep thinking about it, and nothing in my house

Most of our rooms are just about right, but there is wasted space that I can't figure out how to be more useful.

my girls gave up baths a long time ago, but my 8 year old likes them, he still likes to play with his lego characters or plastic figurines in there, Lol. and when he is sick i almost always draw him a warm bath.
