DD1 has walked in the annual JDRF walk  since a good friend of hers was diagnosed about 8 years ago and we have always sponsored her.  This year because of the journey she is on she will not be able to.  I have not  yet decided yet if I will walk in her place or just make a donation.

1  What thing or things do you do for you?

I run and sail.

2.  What are your pet charities?

We volunteer and donate to a local food bank associated with our church. We support the band program in our local middle school, buying instruments so that anyone with an interest in band can participate.

3.  What's for breakfast?

Cereal and fresh strawberries and a large coffee.

1. Almost every morning I go for a bike ride.  I try to read a bit before going to bed but am not as regular with it.

2. For a few years we have been helping hunger programs, both the local food bank and an organization that feeds the homeless. Also two veteran organizations, one national and one local.  I recently added a breast cancer research organization to our montly giving.

3.  My regular, oatmeal wth brown suger, walnuts, blueberries and Greek yogurt.
