2. What's for lunch? Strawberries and cereal

3. Dinner? Grilled lamb, and vegetables

4. Listening to music right now? If so, what's on? On listening to the last chapters of Storm of Swords.

5. Fourth of July plans? Small family cookout by the pool.

I sold my road bike a few years ago -- if I ever took it up again i'd buy a hybrid so we can go off road too --

Given how long you've been working out, I bet you'll find you increase your distances quickly (assuming the weather continues to cooperate).  Mine is slow because I'm having to learn to pedal using a pedal modifier on the right side.  And the ROM of my right knee is still right on the limits of my flexion, so once I do a ride, I have to pop ibuprofen and ice up the knee for 15 or 20 minutes.  It'll come, but I'm in no hurry to overdo things :)

I used to routinely go out for 30 mile rides... and would do a quick 14 in the mornings before work... sigh.. those were the days

What are you wearing today?  you always ask this when I'm wearing the same outift!  Gray linen wide-legged pants, a black button down shirt with a white cami under it and black flats

2. What's for lunch?  Turkey and provolone on multi grain and some grapes

3. Dinner? not sure.. I have to go to the annual meeting of the stage's Charitable foundation so i'll be home on the late side- my wife said if the avacado has ripened by tonight though  it's chicken tacos with her homeade guac..even if i'm late .. yum!

4. Listening to music right now? If so, what's on? I listen to Pandora on my computer and have my Ennio Morricone station on listening to instrumental music

5. Fourth of July plans? my wife is working - the life of a nurse!  so I'll chill on my own, maybe go see Star Trek a second time by myself.. then I'm taking the 5th off so we have a long weekend together
