1. What is one thing you would never leave the house without doing/putting on (don't include showering or putting on clothes/shoes-anything that is basics)?

2. Are you off or SO off for Martin Luther King Day?

3. What kind of cellphone do you have?

I would probably say straightening my hair. I don't usually go without makeup but I would forgo that for my hair done. lol.

2. Are you off or SO off for Martin Luther King Day?

Both of us no but the schools are closed.

3. What kind of cellphone do you have?

I have an Iphone 4 so not a "new" phone but it was new when I got it. We just were able to get upgrades but I kept what I have since I just got it recently and it would cost me to get a new iphone. My dh and dd needed the upgrades so they were able to get that.

1. I don't think I do or put on anything but basics. I don't wear makeup or do anything special with my hair. 2. Yes. 3. I-Phone 4S. Due for an upgrade but I don't really want one.

There isn't one.  I'm not hung up about appearance.  As long as I'm dressed, I'm OK.  And once, just to send a message to my boss, I came into the office on a Sunday in my pj pants.  What I look like doesn't matter.

2. Are you off or SO off for Martin Luther King Day?

No.

3. What kind of cellphone do you have?

I have an HTC Vivid.

I didn't necessarily mean something that deals with vanity. It could be anything.

The only thing I do to my face after I wake up is put moisturizer and a lipstick/balm on anyway, It's probably my phone - if I'm not using it it's usually being charged and when I leave the house I don't always grab it then don't realize I forgot it until I want to call the kids or DH about something, Lol.  Yes.  It's a flip-phone, 2014 may be the year I actually "upgrade"..  We shall see.....

1.  If by "leave the house" you mean go outside, then nothing.  I've been outside my house in jammies, barefoot, bra-less--hell, once when I needed to run garbage out to the can, I went out pantsless (I had on a long t-shirt). and it was 4 am.

If you mean go off property?  Well, with the limits you set, again nothing.  I'll wear make up now and again, but the world won't end if I leave home without it.  If I'm running late for work (I've overslept a time or two), I'll leave with wet hair (although I shellaqued the living heck out of it).

2. I have MLK Day off.

3. Purple.

2. Are you off or SO off for Martin Luther King Day? -- Yes. The University is closed, so we have a three-day weekend. Woot!

3. What kind of cellphone do you have -- Apple iPhone 4s

Dh and I got our 4s phones 2 years ago, so both eligible for an upgrade, but they both work perfectly, so no reason to do so. And, unfortunately, The Girl had to use our upgrade this weekend. Her phone's display/screen quit working. She'd had it 19 months, so that was a pretty good life for it, we think.

Yeah, unless something is really wrong with it and you can get it free or cheap, I don't see the problem. My dh was so done with his phone. It worked but certain things just really bugged him about it. lol. My dd got my old phone a couple of months ago and slipped on the ice and cracked the screen badly. She could still use it but it was really not functional for everything.

All three of the teens/young adults on our plan went and upgraded about an hour after we were eligible. I have a 4S and DH has a 4 and neither one of us has seen Anh reason to upgrade. I'll probably wait til one of the teens loses or breaks their phone then go get my free upgrade and give my old phone to the kid.
