1. What is your favorite ornament on your Christmas Tree?

2. Do you decorate at work (or you s.o. if you don't work)?

3. Are you done shopping?

No, no.  Your words above and throughout were the only ones dragging your poor kids into this discussion.  And you're the one who changed the story from no tree, no Christmas to all of a sudden, oodles of presents and a tree at grandparents.  If any of that new info were true, there was no way Santa and I would've known.

And I don't care if you're bad with punctuation ~ I was just pointing out your hypocrisy in criticizing Santa for omitting a comma her bonus comment.  If I remember correctly, you insulted her by claiming she was either stupid or undergoing plastic surgery.  You said to Santa today, <<Plastic surgery or a pirate one?......I don't think puncuation has anything to do with it, lol...but I do like that line, that and the irony.  :) >>

As I explained to you before, sometimes we all decorate our tree together and some years it is just us four because you know, as I said earlier we tend to do it on a spur of the moment type basis and they aren't available to help.

I don't remember reading that. It sounded like you had a huge family affair every year decorating trees and I just did not understand.

Why the spur of the moment? Christmas is always on December 25th so it is not hard to remember. lol

No, not correct as Santababy started on the whole sad for the kids thing, not me...cause you know, not true and making up things is not my strong suit, that is sb's thing.   And if you read my first post, it clearly says we haven't decided yet this year about a tree and for the rest of your story, well it's your story.

Well sure you do, since you know you took the time and all. I didn't say she missed a comma, even said it had nothing to do with it, lol.  So you would be incorrect in that just as you are incorrect in your memory of my comment, just as you are incorrect in my comments earlier in the post.  So incorrect all around today, better luck tomorrow!

The thing is, that is the ONLY thing I missed and there was nothing else wrong with what I said. You blew it up into something else. You got the gist of exactly what I meant by it.

<< don't remember reading that. It sounded like you had a huge family affair every year decorating trees and I just did not understand.>>

That is at my parents house and I didn't say it was a huge family affair either.  You asked if they come over and help decorate ours and I answered with sometimes yes and sometimes no.

<<Why the spur of the moment? Christmas is always on December 25th so it is not hard to remember. lol>>

We don't decorate our tree on December 25th, we normally put it up a week before Christmas as I have said earlier in this post.

Do you have any new questions or are you going to ask me the same ones again?

No I made a funny comment about it and you blew it up into something else, just like you are doing with the Christmas tree and you have done with potato chips, name tags, and so many other things.

It sure sounded like you always get together every year to decorate their tree:

"Its a family tradition, we decorate trees together as a family, including grandparents.

You are wrong again, it's not because we have Christmas dinner with them... we spend Christmas with them, from morning until night. The entire extended family gathers on Christmas monring and spends the day together.  We have our own traditions but my parents are family.

I guess we look at family differently that you do, we have always helped decorate trees as a family, whomever was in town, it is always quite fun.

We decorate the trees (there are two) a couple of weeks before Christmas.  We have dinner, laughter and a lot of fun as many of the ornaments are from when I was a child, my kids have ornaments there as well.  We are a family, we do a lot of things together."

Red herrings? There really was no need to even answer that post in the other thread. You knew what I meant as well as everyone else who was in the holiday bonus thread (who did not believe that I got one or would get one).
