1. What is your favorite ornament on your Christmas Tree?

2. Do you decorate at work (or you s.o. if you don't work)?

3. Are you done shopping?

I am replying to what you wrote bord. You have multiple pets in your house and wait until fragiles start breaking to do something.. Were you like that with small children too?

Why the hostile presumption and hostile line of questioning, Jamblessed? I've got multiple pets and multiple kids and lots of breakable stuff. Occasionally something gets broken.  Are you presuming I'm stupid enough to leave something irreplaceable in a place where it's likely to get accidentally broken?

Meh.  Sometimes you can't anticipate the dumbbutt things kids and animals will do that will end up with something broken.  For instance, way back in the condo days when my buffet had a hutch on top, I never ever dreamed that Buster would ever be able to leap to the top of the hutch, so that's where I put the metal wine rack.  And yet that's exactly what Buster did--got tangled up in the rack and come crashing down, bringing with a huge bottle of peach schnapps (that shattered on the kitchen floor and splashed all over the carpet in the living room).  I was certainly glad that he managed to separate himself from the rack and the peach schnapps bottle before they hit the ground, so he wasn't hurt (beyond his dignity).  but that was one heck of a nasty mess to clean up and I never did get all of the schnapps out of the carpeting.

Not everything is predictable.
