2. Do you change your bedding for the different seasons?

3. Do you/have you ever smoked cigarettes?

There are loads of newer houses there, and the old seaweed farms are difficult to maintain, so no basically. It is very isolated, but in the summer it is very pleasant with a couple of excellent beaches, and there is excellent seafood.

I have to admit that the first time I vacuumed and realized I *could* do the whole house, I immediately geeked out and called my mom to brag :D

The reason we do not have a TV in our bedroom is because I tended to stay up too late watching.

We actually have the problem of falling asleep if we watch TV at night in our bedroom. lol. We either have to keep the light on or just stay in the living room.

Roll, because I am slightly obsessed with geography, I did some Googling on the seaweed roof and found Laeso. Is the whole island the half-timbered housing? It looks isolated and charming. (And freezing I assume!)

I have a terrible habit of watching tv in bed and falling asleep to it. We did get DD1 a tv for her bedroom last year. I have rules about it on school nights and it is off by 9:00 but she does use that or her radio as background noise when she does her homework a lot of the time. The computers we have are in common areas and none of my kids have thier own, DD has asked for one and I'm thinking Christmas of her senior year.

The reason we do not have a TV in our bedroom is because I tended to stay up too late watching. When our last TV died we did not replace it.   The DDs never had TV in their bedrooms, there was even any cable connections in their bedrooms when they lived at home. but after DD1 moved out and e changed her  bedroom to an exercise room we added cable.

Our DDs high school graduations presents were lap top computers for college.  They usually ended up getting them a few months before graduation because there were usually some good spring sales.  That was when they got computers in their rooms.

My dd had a TV since 2 1/2 in her room, basically because we were getting a new one for our living room. We then gave that one to our ds when we got her a combo tv/DVD. We have a good TV in our bedroom, not a newer no back one but we don't plan to get a new one until it dies. Then the one in the living room which everyone likes to watch the most as it is the biggest and best picture.

We have a computer in our common area but got dd a laptop as it was too much door 4 people using the same one. Then I got the ipad.

I have no problem with dd on her laptop in her room, I follow what she does.

I have to change outlets for almost every room vacuuming and steam mopping. Maybe they should make longer cords lol.

"locked in her room" is typically what I hear from DD2 when she wants something from DD1 and comes to me about it.. But she's not really locked in it b/c there are no locks on their doors, Lol.

Find a local sew/vac shop and ask the folks there if they can replace your cord with a slightly longer one. They should be able to do it (replacing vacuum cords is pretty common because they wear quickly).  That should give you the length you need.
