Do you decorate outside?

Are you hosting or going somewhere this year?

Big group or small one?

How is shopping going?

I don't really understand what the big deal is. Didn't you create a page asking for donations?

Maybe people are simply more miserly where you live.

Nah, I don't think so. They just do it smarter.

I will NEVER make a donation to Habitat for Humanity and give my name ever again.  Those people are relentless.  There was a point when we were getting mailings from them several times a week.  It made me very suspicious about their overhead costs.  I am sure they spent more $$$ trying to get us to donate more than we ever gave them.

Yep. And I believe, early on, Bord mentioned that they have mutual friends.

Ummm, no. For about the third time - it's irrelevant to the point.   The amount of tax savings will always be less than the amount of the donation.   And where did me giving anything come into this?

No, they are not my friends. Only Melissa is.

Exactly. So if Jams is friends with someone Bord is friends with, she would be able to go through them. If she has NO mutual friends AT ALL, she could not see anything if her page is closed.

Here again, the Friends episode is relevant.
