    1.  What was the last thing you had to eat -- a handful of almonds.

    2.  What one thing (or two if you want!) have you learned recently that you didn't know before.  Anything --  that Chris Pine is the voice of the BMW commercials. That toxic shock is a nasty infection.

A banana, I am sipping coffee now but that doesn't count, Lol.  I found out on Sunday that mass at the Vatican is by ticket only, I didn't know that but that' snice to know and to plan for.

    1. Chicken noodle soup.

    2. That pressing seams out on pinwheel quilt blocks can often result in much better matched corners than pressing seams to the opposite sides and nesting the seams.  And it's a lot easier (for me) to manage the bulk of the converging seams at the center connection by pressing seams out than by clipping the seam up  through the seam allowance and pressing each corner in the same direction to create a little pinwheel inside.

Here's a link to demonstrate the method I don't find helpful (although I really like Rachel Griffith patterns and I've done one of her Pinwheel Sampler quilt tops.

    1.  Some almonds last evening. I just made myself a bowl of oatmeal but have not taken a bite yet.

    2.  I recently watched The World Wars on the history channel and learned a lot of things that I did not know.

I couldn't add a note to the facebook pic I uploaded but this was an interesting thing about almonds to me, I get migranes every now and then and I'm going to have to try this as a remedy.

    1.  What was the most recent thing you had to eat? A salad of chicken, chickpeas, red pepper and cucumber, with a middle-eastern, spicy dressing.

    2.  What is one thing (or two if you want) you learned recently that you didn't know before? I learned that the secret society formed by the Greeks in order to overthrow the Ottoman rule was established in Odessa.
