lol!!! I ate sugary cereals all the time as a kid. We also ate healthy things like fruits and vegetables all the time.

there are some very yummy dessert flavors of yogurt...when i got my sweet tooth going i eat a chocolate mouse yogurt, or red velvet or boston cream pie ect ect ect....the whipped ones are AWESOME!

I buy Dannon. I only buy light yogurt because I am mostly eating it for the low calories and fat. I also love the Weight Watcher's yogurt.

Maybe that is why we are not big on hot breakfast...we live in a warm climate...

I used to buy Mt. High, but my kids stopped eating it. Apparently, they like what their friends eat better, or what the school serves. I will buy yoplait go-gurt, for treats or snacks, but I don't consider it a *healthy* food option....and I won't serve it for breakfast, lol. Yoplait did start making a go-gourt with less sugar and added ingredients, called something like "simply yougurt"...my kids will eat that, and it's better than the other stuff, but still not great, imo.
