"I went to Germany and found that my American accent prompted everyone to want to practice their English on me anyway." ------ So annoying! That happened to me in France (Danish accent). Yeah, you did botch the German a fair bit ;)

Rolls, Ich spreche Deutsch nicht so gut. Ich kann "Wo sind die Toiletten?" und, "Zwei Biere, bitte," und, "Ja, das Wein, ja!" gesagt. (I'm certain I botched that.) After years of German, I went to Germany and found that my American accent prompted everyone to want to practice their English on me anyway.

Hubby still made hot dogs, parmesan noodles and peas for dinner.

Tomorrow night will probably be something out as we are going to Superbowl Blvd. for the day. Going to try and get some autographs and walk around and enjoy the festivities.

My meal plan changed as well. Working late, so I'm running by Panda Express on the way home. Will get some orange chicken, some black pepper chicken, some steamed veggies, and probably some lo mein.

I grabbed some sushi at the student center.  It was not that good, and it was expensive.  Also, I am having a skim milk latte to keep me awake at my next event.

1. What is something wacky you have done?

When I was hospitalized with a broken leg head injuries and other internal injuries after a serious car accident 30 years ago, I went stir crazy after two weeks or so. I stole some surgical scrubs for clothes, stole some crutches to make myself ambulatory (foot to hip cast), stole some cash from the nurses (I did repay it), and called a cab to take me to downtown Worcester(!) I went to the library and then to a bar for beers and real food. They put an apb for me and the cops picked me up and returned me to inpatient care for another day or two. I'm pretty sure my escape accelerated my release timeline but I did have to consult with the psych nurse before released.

2. What's for dinner?

Salmon and rosemary potatoes.

3. Favorite subject or class in HS or college? Why?

English Romantic poetry and physics . I'm eclectic.
